Branding and Strategy Project for Special Division

Special Division Reinsurance Broker is a reinsurance broker based in Argentina with a commercial office in Miami, which provides services throughout Latin America. Until 2023, the company did not have a digital marketing strategy or presence on social networks, with the exception of LinkedIn, where they occasionally published about events or interviews with the CEO.

Communication Strategy

We set out to create a comprehensive communication strategy for the brand, developing the creation of its profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Our objective was to communicate who they are, their services and their relevance in the Latin American market. We developed a strategic proposal that included the pillars and types of content to communicate, as well as the creation of a coherent visual identity for social networks and the configuration of profiles.

Content Development

We started with introductory content that explained what the brand does, who they are, and showed their values ​​and purpose. We produced videos showing the offices and interviews with the management team, managers and employees, where they explained the services and areas of expertise. We also share internal events, CSR activities and other relevant company actions.

Conclusion

The results were excellent: we significantly increased the number of followers, improved brand recognition in the market and humanized the brand, showing its most emotional and close side to customers.
